Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using the hosted Webase service, operated by Nimble Labs LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. These terms cover our hosted service only. The Webase source code has its own license.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account.
3. Your AI keys and costs
Webase builds apps using an API key you add from your own AI provider. Your provider charges you directly for that use, under its own terms, and we do not refund or control those charges. Building, testing and changing an app all use your key. Set a spending limit with your provider, because we do not guarantee that costs will match an estimate.
Only add a key you are allowed to use. You can remove it at any time on your Account page.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the apps, code and data you create. You give us a limited license to store, process and serve them as needed to run the service, including sending your prompts and code to the AI provider whose key you added.
5. AI-generated code
Generated code is provided as is. It may contain bugs or security problems. Review and test it before relying on it, especially in an app that handles other people's data.
6. Apps you publish
Anyone with the address can reach an app you build here, and an app without logins lets them read and change its records. You are responsible for your apps, for the data people enter into them, and for following the laws that apply to them.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to build or host anything illegal, harmful or deceptive, including phishing pages, malware, spam or content that infringes someone's rights. Do not try to reach other people's accounts, keys, apps or data, or interfere with the service. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. A free service, offered without guarantees
We provide the service for free and may limit, change or end it at any time. We will try to give notice before closing it, but we do not guarantee that it stays available or that your data is preserved. Keep your own copy of anything important.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimble Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for charges from your AI provider, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited to $100.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
